Listed Company Memberships

SaveChangeWorld.com (SCW), an ecosystem which supports small companies, is under construction.  The site will not officially launch until March 2024. For a company to be considered for listing requires that it meet and then maintain certain financial metrics requirements.

SCW was conceptualized by Michael Markowski.  Fortune Magazine named him as one of its Top 50 Investors.  Many articles pertaining to Markowski’s expertise for predicting or recommending extreme longs and shorts have been produced by major financial media publishers including The Wall Street JournalForbesINC MagazineEquities MagazineMoney MagazineSmartMoney.com and many other smaller publishers.  In his September 2007 article, which was published by Equities Magazine one year prior to the 2008 crash, Mr. Markowski predicted the collapses for the five largest U.S. brokerage firms.  In his article, Markowski said, “I believe that there will be a day of reckoning.  It will be sooner rather than later, and that day will be ugly for the five largest brokers”.  All five brokers subsequently collapsed.  Four of the five, with the only exception being Lehman, had to be rescued.   For a list of the key media articles and Mr. Markowski’s media verified track records click here.

The rationale for creating SCW was to enable small public companies to leverage Mr. Markowski’s track record to attract and maintain long term investors.  Prior to SCW, Markowski’s private company recommendations were published by Dynasty Wealth (DW), the owner and operator of SCW.  DW has a policy to only publish research covering private companies on www.DynastyWealth.com.

The impetus for Mr. Markowski to conceive of SCW germinated after he successfully intervened to save a public company from filing a voluntary bankruptcy.  Subsequently, the company’s directors resigned and were replaced with Mr. Markowski’s nominees.  The events thrust Michael Markowski into the role of assisting a public company to raise capital and to develop a financing plan to minimize dilution and maximize valuation.  Michael Markowski had the qualifications to provide the assistance.  He was formerly an investment banker who specialized in underwriting the IPOs and secondary financings for small and venture stage companies.  More on the rescued public company and on Michael Markowski is available.  See, also SCW philosophy and origin.

For the reasons below SCW is well positioned to become a heavily trafficked financial information website:

  • Significant cross pollination occurs when the shareholders of each of the listed companies visit SCW. Since the number of companies to be listed on the site is unlimited traffic will continue to grow steadily.
  • “Save” for SaveChangeWorld.com has a double meaning.  Save is applicable to the defensive strategy that investors, who are concerned about the numerous macro risks, wish to deploy for them to have peace of mind and for their portfolios to grow in a volatile environment.  See Blue-Chip Risks.  Save is also applicable to the companies that have or are developing products and services that can “save” the world. Thus, both aggressive and defensive investors will find their way to the site.  Both types of investors will learn why they need to increase their allocations and exposure to small companies.
  • Rare provider of extreme long and short financial content. SCW is loaded with proprietary educational information and materials that pertain to extreme long and extreme short or defensive investing.  Thus, SCW is among the few, if any, financial information sites on the web publishing both extreme positive and extreme negative actionable financial content.
  • Regular provider of fresh content. SCW is closely affiliated with “Markowski on the Markets” (MOTM) weekly sessions which are held each Saturday morning.  The host of MOTM is Michael Markowski, who is SaveChangeWorld.com’s Director of Research.  The sessions cover the events that occurred in the markets for the week just ended.  Markowski also covers some of the companies, private and public, that are listed on SCW each week.  Each session is recorded. Clips covering the companies are produced and published.  The updates include:

price action of shares for week just ended

buy price limit updates

analysis of news announcements and SEC filings

interviews with management

Please note.  EmotionTrac, a privately held company, has had as many or more updates than many of the public companies listed on SCW.  For an example of the video clip updates view the 24 video updates for EmotionTrac from 6/24/2023 through 9/30/2023.  They are available at the bottom of 12/15/23 “TWO PATHS FOR EMOTIONTRAC SHARES TO INCREASE BY 25X”, report.

  • Mr. Markowski, who is also the Director of Research for SCW, has an impressive media verified track record for recommending shares of relatively unknown companies that subsequently multiply in price.  Fortune Magazine in its article naming him as one of their “50 Great Investors” said:

“It’s the buy ratings on relatively unknown companies that have really grabbed institutional investors (the firm’s top picks are up 80% on average in 2003”

SaveChangeWorld.com (SCW) is projecting to have and to maintain very high conversion rates (purchases of listed companies securities by existing shareholders and new investors) for three primary reasons:

  • SCW’s Secular bear market educational content. Visitors to SCW are educated about secular bull and most importantly about secular bear markets that have historically resulted in the S&P 500 declining by 61% to 85% from a secular bull high.   Included in the educational material is a recommended defensive growth portfolio strategy.  The very rationale strategy recommends that all blue chips be liquidated with the proceeds allocated to a portfolio consisting of U.S. government bonds, hedge funds and the shares of small private and public companies.  Thus, every investor who becomes fully educated will increase the amount allocated to small companies for their portfolio. See  About SCW.
  • Stringent listing requirements  Each company on SCW must undergo an in-depth   analysis to become listed.  A company is first screened for upside potential.  Secondly, if a company makes the cut, it must meet SCW’s minimum Balance Sheet requirements.  Lastly, to remain listed a company must maintain the listing requirements.

Please note. The majority of the articles written by the financial media about Michael Markowski pertain to him being an innovator in developing analytics and algorithms to analyze companies and markets.  His analytics and algorithms have enabled him to develop track records for identifying the biggest losers and winners for stocks and the markets.  Thus, Mr. Markowski being the Director of Research of SCW provides an investor with an extra layer of comfort.  See excerpt below is from article about Markowski, “The Best Stock Picker on the Street?” written by Lawrence Carrel and published by SmartMoney.com below.  For more about Mr. Markowski and his track records click here.

“IS MICHAEL MARKOWSKI the 21st century’s reincarnation of Benjamin Graham?  OK, perhaps it’s a bit of a stretch to equate the father of value investing – and Warren Buffet’s mentor – with this small Internet publisher. Still, much like Graham’s classic 1934 textbook, Security Analysis, Markowski’s Web site, StockDiagnostics.com, offers a bold new way to evaluate stocks. Two years ago, Markowski created a new investing approach he calls stock diagnostics, or “the science of using financial-statement anomalies to identify investment opportunities”  SmartMoney.com November 24, 2003

  • SCW has policy to assist listed companies.  Companies listed on SCW have access to a contingency or backup plan to remain listed on SCW.  Should a company be in danger to be delisted for not maintaining minimum  Balance Sheet requirements, SCN’s parent  Dynasty Wealth will assist the company to obtain financing.   SCW’s intention to assist each and every listed company to be successful  is well supported by Mr. Markowski’s interceding to save a public company from filing for bankruptcy.   See SCW Philosophy & Origin

Michael Markowski is the most valuable asset for each and every company listed on SCW.  Besides his media verifiable track records, he has 47 years of experience and contacts.

  • Broker dealers and Investment banks Markowski lived in New York City and literally worked on Wall Street as an investment banker for seven years. His specialty was underwriting IPOs and secondary financings for venture and early-stage companies.  Thus, he has numerous contacts with the investment bankers throughout the world which specialize in financing small private and public companies.

Finally, Mr. Michael Markowski is very passionate about helping small companies to become successful and for their valuations and share prices to multiply exponentially.  His latest quest to add to his track record was to identify and to finance a startup with the potential to reach a valuation of $1 billion within seven to 10 years.

A great example of Markowski’s passion to grow small companies is his first recommended digital startup, EmotionTrac.  The company was discovered because it was a finalist for Florida Atlantic University’s best business plan award.  Dynasty Wealth has since nurtured EmotionTrac and Mr. Markowski has produced research reports and has recommended that shares be purchased in all of its funding rounds since 2017.  Below are his October 2023 to January 2024 reports which include recommendations to purchase shares from $1.50 to $2.50:
